The founder

Giacomo Gori, born in 1973, graduated with highest honors in Management Engineering from Università Tor Vergata in Rome and gained 15 years of professional experience working for multinational corporations of different sizes.

During his career Mr. Gori held various positions in the following fields: Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing. His career culminated with the appointment to the role of Country Manager and Managing Director.

Thanks to the experience he gained in multinational corporations, such as Johnson & JohnsonAllerganGN ReSound and Sara Lee, and to the fact that he has been working for more than one year in UK, he acquired an International vision and a cross-cutting approach to the business. In addition he has specific skills related to P&L, new products launches, People Management and Change Management.

An excellent knowledge of foreing languages (English and Spanish) is a further requirement that enables Mr. Gori to give an International style to consulting projects, thanks to the comparison with other points of reference and collaborations in Europe and in the United States.

Mr Gori is also experienced in training. At the moment he holds the following courses:

  • Management Course for Aesthetic Medicine Doctors, for students of the 3rd and 4th years of the Fondazione Internazionale Fatebenefratelli Scuola Internazionale di Medicina Estetica, in collaboration with Società Italiana di Medicina Estetica and Union Internationale de Médecine Eshétique;
  • Guest Speaker at Loyola University and American University of Rome: presentation of business cases and  teaching at the courses of Business Consulting, Consumer Behavior, Global Human Resources, Global Business Strategy, Enterpreneurship, Organizational Behavior in a Global Context.

As of October 2014 Mr Gori joined the American University of Rome Advisory Board.

 

In the past he has also been a teacher in the following courses:

  • consultancy and "in house" training for about 30 doctors around Italy working in the field of Aesthetic Medicine: the project involved the entire staff (doctors, healthcare assistants, secretaries and office workers) and was directed to support economic and financial development of the clinics;
  • Management Course for Hearing Care Porfessionals of one date with ECM accreditation, directed to provide the basics of Business Management.
